How To Become A Registered Vendor With The State
Of Alabama
Vendors must register with the State of Alabama
in order to receive solicitations to bid. The
State of Alabama's Vendor Registration Form and
Commodity Class/Subclass Code Directory are both
provided below. Print and fill out the vendor
registration application (2 pages) and mail or
fax your application to the following address:

For your convenience the State of Alabama's
Vendor Registration Form is provided below in

In order to view and print the Vendor
Registration Form .pdf file, you will need to

instructions given at the Adobe web site to

Please Note: For those individuals having
difficulty downloading the "Vendor Registration
Form" .pdf file or Word file, please right click
on "Vendor Registration Form" listed above, then
select save target as (or save as) from the pop
up menu. This will allow you to save the PDF
file or Word file onto your local hard drive,
where you may then use the Acrobat Reader or
Microsoft Word to view and print the files.
Vendor Registration Changes
If you are already a registered vendor with the
State of Alabama and need to make changes to
your vendor registration (i.e. address changes,
add or delete commodity class/subclass), please
send changes by mail or fax (use business
letterhead), attention Tamara Norman. Include
with the requested change(s) your business name,
address, phone, and vendor ID number (FEIN
number).
